TEAM SHOOT ORDERS - TEAM 15 CADETS

Hi folks, welcome to your dedicated club page. This page is the only place you need to come to order your images and then come back to download them once they've been edited. Everything you need to order your image/images is set out on this page. Please watch the video in full as I get so many people unsure of how to order because they didnt take the time to watch the video. If you still need help of course im available at ryanwardweddings@yahoo.com but all the info you need to order your images is laid out here in steps.

Our 4 easy steps to ordering

STEP ONE - DECIDE ON WHAT PACKAGE YOU WANT

STEP TWO - PICK YOUR IMAGE/IMAGES

STEP THREE - FILL OUT YOUR ORDER FORM

STEP FOUR - PAY ANY OUTSTANDING BALANCE IF ANY OWED

Step 1.

Have a look at the unedited gallery (linked at the bottom of the page) by logging in with your full name and email address and decide if you would like to choose-

Package A- One Individual you get with the deposit you have already paid for - extra needed - £0

Package B - 6 Individual Digital Images and them all edited in Black & White also (12 in total) - extra needed - £20

Any Team Images taken will be edited and added to the final edited Gallery Free of Charge and can not be swapped out for individual images.

Step 2.
Once you have decided on your package you pick your image by clicking the heart icon on the photo/photos you want, we then get an automatic notification that you have selected your images and those images automatically go to our editing software and onto our list to be edited.

If going for the smaller package A you have already paid for that so you just have to pick one individual shot of your child, if you have went for the bigger £20 package B you need to pick 6 individual images of your child. To de-select an image if you have selected too many or the wrong one just click the heart again. Click the video below on how to pick your images

Step 3. Fill In the order form linked at the bottom of the page

Step 4.. Pay an outstanding balance if you went for the larger package B

Things to note

These are for digitals, they are images you download to your laptop, pc or phone.
Printed versions are availble, I have the gallery linked to an online print shop so you can easily order differnt sized prints if you want them direct from the supplier, we have nothing to do with the prints we just connect the gallery to the shop so you have more options.
I cut off orders every Wednesday night at 8pm, anything that comes in by then will be edited over the next few days, if it comes in after that time then they dont get edited until the following Wednesday reason is I have to edit them in big batches as it takes too long to edit them as they come in drips and drabs.
If you dont do all three, fill out the order form,select your images by clicking the heart icon and pay any outstanding balance if any is needed then editing of those images wont be started.
If no order has come in for one of the kids shoots then after a month you no longer have the ability to choose your favourite, we will pick our favourite image and add it to your club pages finished edited gallery.
